How to make it all browsers view the same?

I developed website for non profit organization. But one problem is on pc all browsers display the webpage exactly I created. But when I'm on linux computer, the same browsers display different. The flash banner and navbar are in different position and all mixed up. How to fix that problem? or is it because netbook screen too small it pull close to each other?
