What does it mean when my girlfriend has a surprise for me?

Ok so, i've been going out with my girlfriend for 3 months now and we haven't done anything yet so she says she has a surprise for me and what do you guys think it means? i'm thinking its something sexual because we've been talking about it and stuff but i could be wrong. She says i'm going to like it but she won't give me even a hint. Any ideas?
