Is there any free software similar to that of a photo shop?

There's lots of good free image editors around. a href="http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/pixelbasedwin/tp/freephotoedw.htm" rel="nofollow"http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/pixelba…/a reviews 11 of them. The nearest free equivilent to Photoshop is probably GIMP.
