What is prenatal vitamin to use? Is this one a good one?

Remember that this is your baby's nutrition. It is what it needs to grow and survive. I use New Chapter Perfect Prenatals. They are an organic wholefood vitamin. The main thing behind them is they are whole food so it easier than you typical vitamin to digest and absorb them into your body. They are pricey, about $65 for a bottle, but I wanted to get the best I could for my baby. :) Also you can ask your doctor. She knows more this stuff than anyone! :) Congrats and Take care!
