How to make sideways scrolling text in Windows Live Movie Maker?

Is it possible to make a line of text (kind of like a banner) that scrolls across the bottom of the video in Windows Live Movie Maker 2010? I just want 1 row of text the slowly scrolls from right to left over a series of pictures. I know this was possible on the old version of Movie Maker, but can it be done in the new version? If so, how can I do this?
