Who else is having an upload problem with iwantbanners.com?

The facebook banner site won't let me upload a picture to my FB. Whenever I click on the UPLOAD button, it only keeps refreshing the page over and over again, and it won't work. I want to know if anyone has had this problem, and if they have found a resolution for this?
