Why wont anything work?!? Ipod Touch Difficulty!!?

ohkay so my ipod is jailbroken and im trying to change my carrier name and the banner but everything i try wont work ive tried statusnamer, makeitmine, and fakecarrier..... my ipod is 4generation and is running 4.3.3 can any1 tell me any cydia tweaks to change my carrier and banner plzzzzz!!! i really want to change it! plz!
